Law Firm team members provide assistance in the main areas of civil, commercial, corporate, intellectual property, at all stages of civil proceedings, whether ordinary or interlocutory, before Small Claims Court (Giudice di Pace), Court (Tribunale), Court of Appeal, High Court of Appeal (Corte di Cassazione) and in case of Arbitration.

Mr Andreello specialises in particular in violation of trademark and patent rights and in the protection of industrial and intellectual property in general.
We also provide assistance to our customers in the event of obligations and credit recovery, both in the summary and merits stage, as well as in the case of bankruptcy procedures and composition with creditors.

We provide an address for service for Italian law firms that need to bring legal action or another procedures before the Court of Padua and the separate divisions (Cittadella, Este).
With the support of our network of foreign partners we are able to represent Italian customers in legal proceedings in foreign jurisdictions.
